Do you want to transition into owning your own business? Or are you an artist who wants to make a full time career with your creative work? I specialize in working with those who have an entrepreneurial spirit. Perhaps you’ve already been working in an established position for many years and have decided that now is the time to go it on your own. Or you may have always been involved with various creative projects.

With ADD Mindfulness Coaching you can:

  • Explore the possibilities. You may not know exactly what you want to do and need support in researching what attracts you and what makes the most sense from a practical level. What is available to you given your own unique situation in life?
  • Take assessments. You may need to narrow down your choices by determining where your strengths and talents lie. As well as already existing assessments, you can devise your own way of researching and keeping notes. ADD Mindfulness Coaching uses client generated materials that you can cross reference until you’ve narrowed down the field and explored through writing and other techniques your deepest desires, values, and strengths.
  • Decide how much you want to take on. Running your own business or becoming engaged as a creative artist entails many tasks. How much can you do and how much do you want to delegate to others? Do you have team members or are you working on your own? There are many ways to get help so that all of the responsibility doesn’t fall on your shoulders. We will explore the options.
  • Investigate study options. In order to follow your creative spirit you may need to learn new skills. We will find out what kinds of courses of study make the most sense for you, whether those are certificate courses, degree courses, or independent study.
  • Maintain work life balance. In no other area is work life balance as important as it is in those who are entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs tend to get so involved in what they are doing that proper health habits can fall by the wayside. Using mindfulness and other holistic methods, we will devise a way to make sure you are not racing to accomplish your goals at the expense of your health and peace of mind.
